It's been a positive experience overall in our 6 years. We have seen both good and no so good changes taking place. A remodel of the kitchen and mater bath was a very nice upgrade. The assumption of the water utility adding an admin fee of almost $9 a month has resulted in hidden fees by creating a "middle man" between the resident and the water company. The water is very hard. The sound insulation between apartments for 1 and 2 BR is very good. Not sure about the 3BR flats. Paul, Steve on maintenance are excellent. Elec and gas run about $115/mo for 2BR (as of 7/22). Recreational amenities like tennis and volleyball have been dysfunctional or removed. The pool water is fairly good but should be vacuumed more often as a fair amount of debris is usually on the pool bottom. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Please for the love of god..don't move here! I read all these awesome reviews and thought this would be a great community to live in. Sadly, I moved into dirty and dated apartment. Where's the luxury apartments promised? I didn't ask for …Oh no! That is not what we like to see. I'm sorry that you noticed some bugs in your apartment. We treat and clean each home before anyone moves in so the apartment is like new. But like any other home, bugs can get in from time to time. When this happens we ask that you contact the office and we will have someone out to treat your home until the issue is resolved.
