Sold a car right out from under us. We talked with the salesman on Saturday and told him we were ready to purchase. He said he would look into repairing a headlight on Monday morning and get right back to us; texted us photos (after we reached out to him) Monday, and we said again we were ready to buy. An hour later informed us the car was sold to someone else. Highly unethical, incredibly frustrating, and absolutely unprofessional.

Hi Larry, thanks for the question. The 2018 Ford Escapes are equipped with auto start/shutoff feature that will shut down at stoplights. Its a fuel saving feature that Ford has started in most of its vehicles. If you have any questions on that, please let us know and we can tell you more about it.
