where to begin. I've purchased two cars now from fuccillo nelliston and both times the ball has been dropped on multiple issues. Dodge Ram- Changing my trade in value weather if I wanted a Ram or a Ford. Failure to submit my registration which caused my temporary registration to expire. You attempted to fix this by coming to my job and putting dealer plates on my truck. Ford- You pulled a real great bait-and-switch attempt by having me sign 70% of the paperwork, assuring me we're approved. Then realizing the only car we were interested in, the only car we test drove was not the car we were getting. You were selling us an older ford with more than twice the amount of miles. We put a 500.00$ deposit down and its been refunded and recashed about 3x's now. Thanks for that. Now I'm being informed by the bank that I have to come back to Nelliston to finish more paperwork. You will never have my business again. *Update, both exhaust pipes have rusted off and ended up somewhere on I-90 👏👏👏👏 Great job guys!!
