Pulling up to the service bay, another man had his truck parked blocking the entrance to the service bay. He was sitting in his truck, door 1/2 way open.. chatting with an employee. The employee looked directly at me and instead of asking the man to move his vehicle.. they continued his conversation for another 5 minutes or so. THEN… they both went into the sales part of the store with the man’s dog along with them!! Left me stuck behind them with 2 children trying to get into service bay for an appointment!!! Seriously?!!! Then as I was getting my kids out of my vehicle they came back out and I asked the customer if he was going to move his truck. He got annoyed with me wanting to move my vehicle into the service bay. He shared a laugh with the employee, and climbed up in his truck with his dog and drove away! The employee said NOTHING. To me, no sorry ma’am, no thank you for waiting etc etc. TERRIBLE!
