Review regarding service, Service Writer was very curt and abrupt. Everyone has a bad day but this is his job. He was not conscripted into this position so i would expect more from the first person seen by the car owner who brought his car in for service. The call to the Service Manager was pleasant but provided no assistance or help other than to say "Yea the guy was having a bad day". This was my last visit.

The staff at Crouse Ford are wonderful. Andy Lash my salesman was a no pressure gentleman Tom Crouse the sales manger was professional, genuinely cared about how my sake was handled and followed up on a couple of minor issues with the used Tacoma I purchased. Debbie in finance was very easy to work with, I felt no pressure and she explained everything carefully. In closing, Crouse is family owned and as soon as you walk-in the door, you get that home feeling! Thanks to Crouse Ford for a great truck and a great dealership experience…the best I’ve had!

Not your typical car dealership. I pre-ordered my Ford Maverick in June of 2021 and just took delivery last week. This was the first time I've ever gone through the pre-order process. My salesman, Lewis, kept in touch with me the entire time. Financing was quick and easy. Delivery was seamless. There was no sales pressure and the optional accessories I did purchase were installed and ready upon delivery. I will definitely go back to Crouse for my next vehicle. Ask for Lewis, he is the best.

Took my F-350 in for service on 12-26 and Crouse Ford let it set and on 12-30 they told me it will take a week to seal oil pan! Had reservations in Florida ! How can you do business like this ? On my way to pick up my truck today , work not done! Asked risk of oil leak they said very slim , ok to take to Florida! Lost faith in there service! Note just received call fro service manager! Truck being worked on and will be done by Jan 2 this will work and you have restored my faith in your service! Thank you So sorry for the anger!
