Our Sales Rep, Justin, was fantastic. Super friendly, and helped so much in getting the car I loved from another store over 1,000 miles away in a really quick fashion. The car is more than I expected, and so far I am very pleased with it. I know that if I were to have any questions or issues, my rep would do everything he could to help. As far as the rest of the interactions with the dealership was just average to slightly less than average compared to many other dealerships I have dealt with. In all, it was not a bad experience just could be a little more friendly/helpful in the finance/management level.

The service here is great! I scheduled an oil change before going on vacation. Upon inspection, there was a problem found with my car. I was planning on taking my car on vacation which was less than a week away. They were able to get the part quickly and get it fixed beforehand. I was also 2000 miles past my warranty coverage. They were able to work with Ford to waive the mileage so I didn’t have to cover the cost. The customer service was the best I have ever dealt with.

I had a really good experience at this location!! The staff was very friendly and they were able to get my oil change done quicker than planned. The girl that got me started and checked me out was very nice and also helpful, her name was Lindsay. The facility is very nice and well equipped, they have snack and drink machines and plenty of tables to wait at. I actually was able to spread my stuff out and study while I waited because the waiting space was so nice, and it even had outlets for my iPad!!! This was a much better experience than another location I have visited before for an oil change. I will be returning to get my next one here!
