2 years ago my parents moved into the assisted living section of Allegro Senior Living in Winter Park, FL at a cost of over 8K a month. When they arrived, the building was only a year old and my Mom was really impressed the building and food. They had a fantastic chef and in addition to the regular menu served steak or salmon nightly. Since moving in, the steak and salmon options were removed without discussion and the food in general really started to slip and has continued to slide for at least a year. My Mom asked about but was always blown off. The most upsetting part of my experience with this property was when multiple employees came into my folk's apartment and stole plants and household goods. The thieves were found and told to drive home to bring back the stolen items but I never received an apology from Allegro. It seemed to me that this is commonplace which is scary since the employees have the keys to all the units. I am sure there are worse places in this price range so I gave them 2 stars; otherwise it would have been 1 star. To say I am disappointed with our experience is an understatement.

Beautiful Facility but aweful services. Kahinday and I had a meeting, not only was she 30min late but she was very rude. A beautiful place like this doesn’t need mean spirited individuals. Do better Allegro!
