I have never had a worse experience than this today. My appointment was at 3:20 and I arrived at 3 like I was asked. I then waited in the waiting room until 4:30 when I finally got called back. Once I was finally back there, the ladies were rushing me, extremely impersonal and just being rude. I then sat in a room waiting for the doctor to come in until 5:20! She barely said anything to me and was in for less than 2 minutes and then walked out. I left me at 5:30. Everyone was rude and impersonal, and I waited that long for her to be in there for 2 minutes? No thanks. What was the point of having an appointment if you’re going to see me an hours after? Will not be coming back

Basically I reserved an appointment for 315pm. I am writing this at 440pm with no call to come in and only defensiveness from the staff. What is the point of urgent care if you have to wait hours WITH an appointment. Im sure if I missed the appointment by minutes Id get a big bill.

This is the second time I’m giving this place a chance. First time the front desk clerk named maria had my sign in papers on the clipboard and handed them in after handing in other patients papers. When I asked if this will affect my son’s place in line , she said no. A long time after, all those patients were called before me. I was angry because I knew exactly what happened. My son has severe medical issues and she just misplaced our papers with no intent to correct the error. This time I made a reservation for myself. Well, while waiting and waiting , another woman with a reservation gets up to ask why she’s watching others who came after go before her, and then guess who….Maria says she was just about to call her and she should be patient. The lady left . Now I am once again sitting here , with my reservation, watching others who came after me go in. ……and after moving me to the back and telling me I’m next, I am the last person to be seen. They brought other patients back and saw them while I’m sitting in this room.

Terrible experience. I waited forty five minute past my appointment time and then when I asked how much longer it would be they said at least one more hour. They are not friendly or caring. Go anywhere else but do not go here.
