Just Wow! I went in to ask about memory for a computer and he (Tommy) stated that the person at geek squad was too busy and was about to leave. He told me to ask someone on the floor. I stated that they most likely would not be able to answer my question. He told me to go somewhere else and rudely walked away. I asked for his name and causualy stated NOPE! I asked for a manager and he said HE WAS THE MANAGER!! Thinking of the money I've spent at this store and to be treated like this! It's disheartening. I did get his name from another employee walking out. I have most of this encounter on video and would love to share it with a REAL MANAGER. I also plan on contacting Best Buy corporate ASAP. TOMMY, please find an avenue of work where being In front of a customer is maybe over the phone. It's also telling how your own employees were rolling their eyes at you and even gave me your name when you ran away from me when I asked you your name. Update. COMPUTER TECH USA IS A 2MIN DRIVE AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ALL COMPUTER NEEDS!!!

Having been in this store there will be phones ringing however the associates will not tell a customer that they are assisting in the store to wait while they help someone on the phone. Customers in the store are the priority...then customes that have finished shopping and are being helped at checkout...then a free associate will help those on the phone. If you shop in this store you will get excellent customer service.

You stop at the entrance, which is roped off, and an associate directs you to another associate or the area related to your visit. Mask are required, of course.

I work near a different Best Buy location and I have, on several occasions, returned items purchased from one location at the other location. I specifically returned items at this location purchased elsewhere. With the receipt or the card you used for the purchase you should be able to get a refund provided you're within the time period allowed, and you should be able to get a store credit even if you don't have the receipt. As a side note you can also return items here that you have purchased from Best Buy online.
Sell it to a pawn shop, or one of the machines in malls that take phones youwill get more for your device
