Always have a bad experience at this store when trying to process orders online. I've ordered cakes, only for the order to not be processed when I arrived to the store. There is never anyone there to take a cake order. Now today, my floral order is canceled 40 min before it was to be picked up. I placed the order 7 days ago and even received a confirmation the night before. Not to mention that I tried 2 weeks ago, but you are only able to order a few days out. However, I received a voice-mail from a gentleman stating they have none of the supplies and that the order will be canceled. He didn't offer an alternative, an apology or anything. Now I'm left trying to scramble something together. This is my last time using this store.

The young lady today at the cash register self checkout tired to help unfortunately the thermal paper was empty from the machiene which made the transition did not go thru, and the cashier STARTED YELLING OUT OF. NOWHERE ARE YOU DUMB THE PAPER IS OUT AND YOUR USING THE REGISTER, excuse us that is your job to check and be updated on task, and helped on yelling and attitude asked here why was she showing attitude for the job which was her part, and later started yelling cursing words and racist person ever met and also told us to not come to the store and go to hell, are you serious we been coming to this kroger for the longest. Instead of hiring dumb people like her better not to hire, shortage is understandable but if it not our fault than why she had attitude i make sure the kroger hire authority reponse to this, and get her fired I unfortunately dont known her name as there was NO BADGE!!! Racist cash register!

Pretty disappointed. There's no staff which means the checkouts are almost always closed, and the self checkouts are either down or closed. The lines are ridiculous, and the staff that are there can't deal with the volume of customers. Management needs to do better.
