Karen at the Customer Service counter….”Amazing”!!!!! Thank you for being there to help following an error with the Target shopper substituting an unwanted item whereas, I had to spend an additional 20 min to return unwanted product. Karen’s customer service was beyond expected and she is a true model of what Target Customer Service should be!

Not sure what is happening at this location but the last few times I have shopped there it was a disaster. Looks like a tornado blew through the clothing sections and clothes are everywhere. The staff has always been helpful and nice though.

I love Target and have to have control when I go in alone. I was perplexed when the Wi-Fi was not really working. I had to go to the front of the store to scan items that I was purchasing. There were 1 or 2 items where the price was not displayed and the Wi-Fi did not allow me to scan the barcode without going to the front, so I left those items. Oh well, maybe I didn’t need them. Still 🥳🥰 ❤️ My Target.

Most of the time I don’t really have a good or bad experience at this particular Target location because I’m usually using self checkout or there is no customer/employee interaction. Today was a little different, I approached the dressing room with my baby needing to try on 1 thing. I did have a basket full of large items along with my son (in cart) When I asked the woman working the dressing room if I may try on an item she didn’t even look in my direction for a good 15-20 sec and eventually stated I could not take the cart to the dressing room. Obviously it’s not going to fit but I also wasn’t going to leave my son unattended in the cart. So I decided to walk away because clearly I was bothering the associate with my 5 sec question and not allowed to place my cart close enough to try 1 item on and watch my son. She then proceeded to get my attention to go back (maybe she realized she was being rude?) Anyway note to self, never again.
