We ordered and paid online when I got there the inside was closed due to low staff so I called and asked if they could bring are food to the door and the employee said ill have to go thru the drive thru so I got in the long line for 5 minutes the didn't move at all. So I called again to find out if I could get a refund and the employee said I'll have to go thru the drive thru. If you order and paid online you shouldn't have to get line

Talk about the worst chicken me and my wife had in awhile! The chicken was burnt and there was only 1 big piece and 3 very small pieces and cost over $11.00 + And 1 roll which was hard as a rock no offer for any kind of better to go with the meal. The only pleasant person was the woman at the window.. Personally I don't know how you stay in business! You get better chicken at Kroger and Publix for less money . My visit was at 3-7-22@ 4:17 PM So much for getting a pleasurable dining experience..😡

worst experience ever. This is a taco bell/kfc we wanted taco bell but that side was closed due to help issues. so we ordered two 12 piece family meals with biscuits, mashed potatoes, and mac n cheese for each with an extra side of mac n cheese, and a coleslaw. what we got was two 8 piece meals with 1 thigh and 7 wings in each. smashed rolls, 1 coleslaw, and 5 mashed potatoes. unfortunately did not notice it until we got home since we went through the drive through. called kfc spoke with the manager and told her what happened and that are whole order was wrong she apologized and said they ran out of most of everything and was very shorthanded. when i asked her if she would fix are meal she said you got chicken you got sides you got your meal. I was shocked at her answer and asked for her the corporate # she said i don't know it and I was being rude and hung up. I got in my car to go back up there to return the food and get my money back but the store was closed due to a holiday. I am sorry they were having a bad day but that is no way to treat any customer. If you are out of product don't fill the orders with what ever you want to put in them. we understand if you run out of products. at least let us know so we can go somewhere else you is willing to give us what we ordered. The only positive thing was I was charged for two eight piece meals not the 12 piece meals. If this how you treat a customer i wont be back.

That's for sure but I do like thier pot pie and the mashed potatoes and chicken and gravy with cheese all mixed together. But that all. The biquists is hard as a rock when they get cold
You know something I was thinking the same thing about them. But I usually go to Publix and get mine it's cheaper but you don't get mashed potatoes you get potatoe salad and slaw and a few other things and it's 8 piece for about 11.00 dollars a lot cheaper
