This location was okay. Could have. Been better with speed and better attitudes with customers. My order was wrong due to the alterations to my order was not done right. And, they acted like it was a problem to serve me and the guest with me. But, I'm likely to use it if in that area, again. But, that's only for my people, if they want it!

Stopped in with the hubby for a cold treat on a hot summer night. Nice selections of ice cream. He ordered a hot fudge sundae and I had a cone. Good quality ice cream. Friendly staff. Nice hidden gem.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I don’t know which is worse the food or the service. I literally waited 45 minutes for a fish fillet sandwich and four chicken nuggets. Once I voiced my concern there were no apologies or anything, this is the second time I’ve had issues with this location. The young people that work here are Do not have the simplest concept of customer service, I try to avoid this location at all cost. A few months ago I asked a young lady at the window if they still have the two fish fillets for five dollars deal, she replied “ I don’t know“

This is one of two McDoubles I ordered with ONLY Mac sauce. I called to say "hey, can we fix this" after I was back at work. Nichole said to bring it back. I said I cannot close the store, but can it be fixed tomorrow. She said yes but bring them back. What!! Save them? She said yes so she can show the employees what they did wrong.....so here is the pic I suggested instead. Hope this helps with the authenticity of the call and employee training.

The Meridianville location drive-thru started out being 24/7. U guess they didn't get enough traffic. They need to turn the lights off when closed.
