Why isn't KFC as good as it use to be? And what happened to some locations buffet?

You know something I was thinking the same thing about them. But I usually go to Publix and get mine it's cheaper but you don't get mashed potatoes you get potatoe salad and slaw and a few other things and it's 8 piece for about 11.00 dollars a lot cheaper

Don't think this one had a buffet. Tullahoma Tn, Guntursville and Hwy 72 Madison close to Lowe's are the only ones I can think of at the moment that do the buffet.
