Hampton Inn Customers: use the app, to pick your own room. I forgot about it and didn’t get a top floor, like my son and his white wife, did. The free Full Breakfast, included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuit and gravy were great! The next day, the potatoes and summer sausage were over-cooked but the scrambled eggs were awesome. The woman hotel staff gave us a room with the window facing construction guys, working outside. One guy was using a Jack hammer, so it was noisy, but thankfully they were done by 5 or 6 pm. The view was a building that was being built. The a/c control panel, I didn’t like because it was difficult to keep it on cool AND keep the heater from coming on.

Positive: I can't pick any one thing. There were extra towels and an extra blanket. The pool was nice. The air conditioning was great. Breakfast was very good. The staff were wonderful. It was nice to have a place to store our bags. It was clean and elegant. Negative: The bed and pillows (especially the bed) was not comfortable.

This place is great esp the employees, they're amazing and deserve so much recognition. We mainly interacted with Kat, Braxton and Hill, but all of the employees were wonderful. The hotel is really nice and well kept up with. The breakfast had a pretty good selection and lots of seating. The bar was nice, prices are pretty much the same as any bar. The only thing that could maybe improve was the bedding in the rooms, the blankets are paper thin. If I ever have to stay again I will definitely look back at this location.

Hands down 5 star hotel! The rooms were clean! Beds we’re comfortable! Bar was awesome! Front desk personnel we’re phenomenal! The continental breakfast was tasteful! I mean wow! Normally hotels have great rooms but their staff is rude or the food sucks! This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was legit 5 STARS! The hotel was safe, you needed your access card for everything! Cars were locked in the garage! I couldn’t ask for anything more! My husband and I are definitely coming back!

Yes, we use Uber/Lyft all of the time. We rent vehicles for better has mileage if I am traveling for distance. I drive an SUV with family.
The wifi was fine when I stayed there. But then again it was the few trips that wasn't for business and didn't need it as much
$20/day to park in the parking garage, but downtown parking is free after 6 and on weekends, Friday - Sunday. That goes for street and garage parking.

Take the Express train there from the airport and the hotel is literally right in front of the train station. Takes about 25-35 minutes to ride to the exit and it's like 2 dollars. Its quiet, hardly anyone on it. It also offers stops at multiple location so you can shop. The train is out by the bus pick up, and around a bend, scenic really pretty and very accessible, it runs every 45 minutes to an hour and the schedule is on here -https://ridetrinitymetro.org/texrail/schedules/ This schedule is daily 7 days a week.
