Positive: Yes they took $ 195.00 additional fees after I paid my rent. I am 67 yrs old trying to buy milk and bread and I had nothing available to. My income is social security disability and you did this me. My atty will be in touch with you. Negative: See above

When I booked it on booking.com it stated that it offered free breakfast this is why I booked this hotel. When we went to ask for breakfast they stated they didn't offer it and they wanted me to show them where in the reservation it stated free breakfast. I showed the lady in the front she said she didn't know to ask at the restaurant. She stated no they didn't do that. Very disappointed. False advertising.

Workers at the hotel were more focused on the music playing in their ear than they were trying to get me checked in. We ended up having to wait over an hour and a half to get checked in ( they said our rooms weren't ready) with a 4 of my students that were traveling for a contest. They checked us out of the student room without telling us. They tend to give you the run around when you need information regarding your stay.
