Be very careful here. There is a short, heavy-set man who will approach you while you're in line with your car. He will ask you if you want the "special" wash. He will claim that it includes everything in the more expensive packages "and then some". It doesn't. It includes less than the silver and/or gold packages and you're up charged for the things that the silver/gold packages already include. I told the cashier while I was checking out and she said he does that all the time. I for one will not ever go back...

First & last time there. They will take no accountability for damages their machines cause to your vehicle (even if the damaged parts aren’t listed on their warning). No sign warning about wheel damage. Went there with 1 day old brand new rims and left with two of them damaged, apparently this has never happened to any customer before, management took no accountability & didn’t offer any compensation. Trash service.

Bought a monthly. Went twice. I tried the second time to make sure the first wasn’t a bad day. But now I’m done. Car comes out clean but I wouldn’t say anything special. Tons of wet and soap spots. Also came out COVERED in scratches. I bought my car 1/15. It has 600 miles on it. So it’s 100% from them.
