I have stayed here before the first time I had no complaints. On my second stay the beds were really hard, the microwave had no plate and the AC units filter had not been cleaned. The room was really hot and made an unpleasant stay.

I was in this hotel in room 226 in March. The hotel seems nice (not very clean though) and they are renovating some areas. They charge you a $50 deposit upon checking in, but what they don't tell you is that theere are bedbugs in the room. I can accept almost anything but bedbugs. They are disgusting and you can carry them back home in your luggage without noticing. When I told the front desk about it, they didn't seem really surprised. They didn't offer any compensation or solution other than a "sorry about that". I don't care how clean or renovated a hotel seems if it has a bedbugs problem. Check the beds upon entering the room.

Positive: A large eating/ visiting area. The staff are friendly. Price was good for room size we got. Negative: Not enough breakfast choices. Location - you hear cars all night. Homeless people who live under the bridge walk the parking lot at all hours of the day and night.

Hotel was clean and nice stay, HOWEVER they charged my card probably like 10 times all random amounts, then charged me more than what I booked the room for, then after we realized we needed to add a few more days he said it would be X amount for the entire time we stayed there, then I get home and see I have been charged way more then what we discussed, and now he is refusing to give me a refund, a lawyer will be contacted. Do not stay here and if you do pay cash or else you will be charged a million different amounts that don’t add up! Worst costumer service ever!
