If I could give zero stars to this dump I would! My boyfriend applied and was told he turned in everything, they took the deposit and then denied him. He has no background or evictions on his record. This is my suggestion, fully approve the potential tenant before taking a deposit!

The office got all my daughters information. Called her when they had a 2 bedroom opening up and when the people moved out she could come in and sign the lease. They then called her 2 weeks later to say she didnt qualify and couldnt get the rental. Shouldnt they have checked everything first before calling someone and telling them they can move in?

I applied for a studio in April of 2021 and I asked to be placed on the waitlist. I was told it usually takes 6 to 8 months. Once December came, I still didn’t hear from them. I started calling them in December every single week until February of 2022. They told me that even though I been waiting for over 8 months they still had nothing available. I am very disappointed. Fortunately, I found another place that had a 1 bedroom available and didn’t require a wait list. I definitely would not recommend this place.

I currently live here and i agree that one of the leasing agents that is rude. Also, the maintenance department is mediocre. However, every other perk of this community is great. I would recommend trying again a different day or visiting in person, if you can. Good luck finding a home!
As people move out, and an apartment becomes available, they are replacing the main living areas with hardwood floors. Bedroom is still carpeted.
