Sometimes they think you cancelled a ride when you really didn't and you have to wait another hot minute plus they're GPS is not reliable and they would take the longest route possible. Why don't they plan a fast route beforehand? I will never know.

Safety is not their number one priority. You don’t always get bucked in safely and when I called to complain they make excuses for why it happened.

In order to get transportation in Burlington and being an disabled senior on Medicare and Medicaid you can talk to your social worker and she,or he can get you setup for transportation or help with purchasing a vehicle if you want a car and drive even if you are disabled.
