I’ve lived here for what’s coming onto five years now. I had an experience with communication being the primary issue in terms of the system going down while paying rent and being charged a late fee. I’ve never had an issue with paying rent in a timely manner. I promptly messaged Violine Mares-Marc, the acting assistant property manager and she promptly returned my inquiries with a high level of understanding and punctuality! It’s nice seeing this level of caring and consideration when an issue arises and I do appreciate it. She exhibited the traits of someone who’s passion can truly be seen in their hospitality towards their tenants! My issue was resolved and I was certainly satisfied with the support I was provided. I’d like to also thank Kelly for bringing the situation to the forefront of the office! The initiative and level of satisfaction hasn’t gone unnoticed!

I have gone 2x now to look at apartments. Cannot get the office staff's attention with an appointment. They are rude and do not care about clientele. If they treat you this poorly before you rent...imagine! Will definitely go elsewhere. Not to mention there were three staff members doing nothing a little woman in the back texting and scolded my 3 yr old. Waited 15 min and burned alot of gas to just leave.

I can't even give it one star there's no 0 star option. Trash valet never picks up when it suppose to leading an over flow, pool always shut down, no security, floor is peeling, never hot water, MOLD- more specifically covered up mold, fellow residents are rude no one cares for others, you can hear EVERYTHING, car damage- good luck paying it. now they want to charge for parking how cute is that. leasing agents are useless always have to go to management and they happens to always be in a meeting. It took over a month for them to fix my lease agreement.

Document document document!!!! The only person in this office who really does her job is kelly....these people are thieves they over charge for rent and don't do nothing correctly during covid they made it impossible to work with even in the end of my stay our Florida paid more then needed they never returned the extra money and still had me pay moving out fees.... they up the price of rent last min then that u have no time to put notice to cancel ur lease they have tricks document phone calls emails...... get mad at u about garbage but don't know their staff never picked it up!!!!!!
