This place was pretty good when we first moved in but it's been developing problems over time. On the cosmetic side of the complex it really needs lights at the entrance as it's really hard to see the entrance at night. Additionally they really need to fix the tennis courts as it's a mess and so is the dog "park" next to it which is just small and dirty. On the other side about a month ago there were about half a dozen cops right outside my window preforming a man hunt of some sort. And the complex behind us on the other side of the fence had a SWAT team raid earlier this year so the area is feeling less and less safe as time goes on. I've seen a lot of cop cars here for other things in the last year or so too and it's all just kind of getting worse. Additionally the apartments themselves aren't all that great either. The near complete lack of ceiling lights is a huge pain for one. Why there aren't any ceiling lights or fans in any of the bedrooms is beyond me. These apartments are so dark inside because there aren't any lights and the windows are so small. Also the rent prices have JUMPED a lot this year and this place is certainly not worth it.

Update: After the property switching leasing companies a handful of times this complex has gone nowhere but downhill. Avoid. Update: The apartment complex has solved their trash issue and it no longer piles up. I still have problems with a flooding balcony but they did add new gutters to reduce the flooding issue and now it only happens during large storms. Over the year maintenance has gotten much better with fixing problems in a timely manner. Current resident and it takes weeks for maintenance problems to be fixed or they will just plain ignore them. My porch constantly floods even from the smallest rain shower and they have provided no option to fix it. My apartment had many issues when first moving in it seems like they didn't even do a thorough run over after the last residents moved out. The community trash area is consistently overflowing with trash and will stay that way for days sometimes.
