Horrible. Complex was taken over by a new company within the past year and it has been a horrible experience. These people have no idea what they are doing. It took MONTHS just for them to figure out how residents could pay their rent online. We called to place a maintenance request, we were told it was entered and someone would be out, waited several days and no one showed up. When we followed up we were told a maintenance request was never entered. The apartments flood. The dumpsters are overflowing and trash is everywhere. The turn the water off in our building at least once a week without any warning. Pest control never comes. We never had any of these issues with the previous company but this place has significantly gone down hill. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I have lived in this community for about a year and a half now and I CANNOT WAIT until our current least is over. The community is in a GREAT location in proximity to hospitals, shopping centers, schools. But the property itself it quite gross. The property does not have a manager at the moment so that must be why construction workers are hammering above my bedroom before 9AM for the past 2 days. In addition to that, if you go to the office you are either met with a employee who’s first thing out their mouth is “I’m here filling in from another property so I don’t know” after you ask a question or you get the maintenance supervisor who is extremely unprofessional when speaking to residents. Not to mention I stopped a tow truck from towing my car. The tow driver said the maintenance manager called the tow 20 minutes before he arrived when I had picture proof I changed the tags the day prior when the put the sticker on the window. So luckily I was there and was able to show the proof to the tow truck driver so he didn’t tow it. Now to explain the GROSS part. As big as this community is there are only two dog pop trash cans so most residents let the dogs go on the grass. The inside of my apartment has flooded 4(4th time being today) times since I’ve lived here and they continue to paint over the mold whenever we complain. The sinks and laundry room floor will fill with dirty water from time to time due to whatever water issues they are having upstairs. And that has just been an ongoing issue because it is literally never fixed. Nobody wants to deal with constant flooding since an apartment especially if you have two kids.

My daughter and her two roommates have not received the required by law letter for stealing their deposit. I was the last person there. The place was as they left it and they are trying to say her dog ruined the carpet when the dog left right away and moved in with me and her dad. Flat out lie. I actually took pictures and there is nothing wrong with the apartment. Property was always covered in floods and mold issues in apartments. RUN!!!

Living here was very meh. If you get one of the buildings at the front the dumpster is ALWAYS full and more often than not there’s trash outside of the dumpster. The parking fills up insanely fast so more often than not you can’t even park in front of your own building. Unless you pay for a reserved spot of course. Maintenance left a pile of rocks in one of the parking spaces in front of our building for literally MONTHS. They never clean the hallways inside the building, and the doors to the buildings are unlocked so literally anyone can walk in. Maybe 2 months into living in our apartment some random person walked in the building and tried our door. Thank goodness it was locked and we had a Ring camera. My husband’s car window got smashed in a couple weeks before Christmas along with 4 other residents in our building. The apartments are nice enough, but there is 0 storage space. The location is awesome and the office staff are nice. When we got the lease renewals and they had increased the rent by $350 we quickly decided it was not worth it. It was barely worth the rent we were paying before.

No, not at the Lexington.
There are only 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. I don't know the price of the 1 and 3 bedrooms but I have a 2. My rent is 1350.00 a month. Hope this helped.
