I honestly don't recommend this place. Received a star because it's quiet. It is a fairly quiet area yes, but the office staff is very strict and not the nicest. Before you ask a question the staff is usually on the defense. They place weekly letters on everyone's door with things you cannot do. You will get towed before you are notified, which is silly because the office staff has everyone's license plate written. There are many rules to this place along with an HOA. You will get fined without hesitation; don't bother disputing. The pool and gym is almost always closed and the hours are strict. They do have security which is nice, but make sure your guest understand how strict this place is. There are other condos & town-homes in the area that are similar to this place and I recommend looking elsewhere. This didn't feel like a home, more of a box you're residing in while others dictate your every step.

Pretty decent looking place with security 24-7 but you can't even decorate your balcony because they fine you plus the street bumps are too freaking high, besides that nice quiet & clean community.
