If you have kids do not move here !!! Maintenance people all they do is drive around in there little golf cart. The office is never available and the customer service is horrible !!!! They killed someone right in front of my unit and the windows are so thin that I heard everything. They do not care about anything here

It is a good place to live, they have new management and they are cleaning and landscaping, cameras and security at night.I have lived here for a year and a half and have never had a problem.

This place is like a 3rd world country. I lived there for a year and I witnessed crazy s*** all the time. My next door neighbor was robbed at gunpoint while walking upstairs to his appointment. Someone tried to set a building on fire ( thank G-d for Orlando fire dept) in addition people littering more than any where Ive seen. I way over priced compared to other parts of Orlando.
