This HOA Has got to be the worst In the area. Nancy should go back and crawl in her hole as she is as useless as they get. This community will not do anything but make excuse after excuse why they are not responsible to maintain the exterior of this property. You can never get a resolution and it’s time that all owners Get together and get a new HOA maintenance staff and turn this community around

Nancy is the property manager. Who lacks basic human skills. I’ve had valuables stolen off the property when they were chained and covered. This community lies and falses advertises , a fitness center , a tennis court , gated community, surveillance cameras none of which they’ve had for the past year since living here. I’m not sure why after the countless reviews against Nancy she’s still allowed to work here. I’m in process of getting a petition started with all the home owners and renters to demand the amenities that we pay for. They’re continuously fining for things like ... blinds that aren’t white on patio... shoe racks /plants outside of home ... a neighbor of mine got a fine because the blinds of her window were crooked... countless money being collected , it’s not being put to use where it’s needed. Please don’t waste your time here . Genuinely

Owners, please contact me it’s time to organize something. Stop sending in proxys to the hoa they are quickly turning this complex into the worst complex in metro west. Honestly I’m surprised metro west still claims us. I could name a list of things wrong but I want to keep my complaints in the hands of mrs nacy stout and other owners for the respect of our investments. I want to send all the owners a list of things going on in your properties. If nothing is done soon we need to take action. The hoa is ignoring their fiduciary duties. It’s evident in the state of the complex. Which is, illegal. I will be complaining to the regulatory condo commission and I encourage everyone to do the same.

Terrible complex. I would not suggest living here.gate is broken, I've lived here for 2 years and not once has it worked. The ceiling in the bathroom fell out due to water leak from the unit above me and it took maintenance 2 weeks to come and fix it. Rude staff at the office. Do not waste your money living here!!!
