The security are extremely pushy and rude! Some of the owners who are leasing out they're properties do not keep up with them and do not like to do their part to fix or keep them up. As well as, they went up ridiculously on the amount of rent without making any renovations or changes to any of the units.

If you work over night this place is hell to live at. They make you pay for a parking pass but do not give you a parking spot so I have to park in guest parking and walk by myself at 3/4 in the morning a decent way to my apartment. Maintenance is always loud in the early morning 8-10 am using the blower mowing doing something loud to wake you. Ask them nicely to stop because you and your 2 year old baby are sleeping he gives attitude saying it’s almost 10am then proceeds to do something else loud enough to keep us awake. If it’s not them its your neighbor above you. The few from the apartment is an empty lake. Pool isn’t open.
