The management is terrible. It’s ran by a miserable woman. If your gate key stops working they try to charge you another $25 as if the value of that key actually matches up. Sorry but I’m not paying $75 for 2 gate keys + a mailbox key. You guys are insane. Also each apartament only comes with 1 PARKING SPOT. Good luck to the couples, you will never find parking for your second car. Not worth it.
