Do not waste your money and time paying for a condominium questionnaire. This condominium does not accept FHA nor Conventional financing, only cash purchases. They are conveniently omitting this. Their questionnaires are 400$+ with no refund. You can’t tell me that the resale department doesn’t know this. I’m hoping I can help someone else save money and time.

Great place for a family. We have been here for 8 years. They painted all the buildings, changed the roof, now they're doing pavements. Very green place just as it's name suggests.
