This was a nice place, but, 12 years ago, because, now the HOA is very high, 1 bedroom 1 bath, $300 a month, it’s ridiculous,the maintenance here is nothing, the maintenance of sewer it’s nothing for years,and now a lot the units have a problem with the drain in toilet, shower and lavatory The buildings it’s very dirty outside, the streets broken and security...... well, the gate still open always, the grass in most areas is going
