UPDATE: IT'S GOTTEN WORSE! Read all these horrible reviews about the HOA before you buy or rent and look at the photos. There is a common thread. One of the many, many issues with this place: they have no sort of schedule for the landscaping crew so they show up on random days at random for times. No way to plan around it for important meetings ie they have no respect for those of us working remotely. The worst part is that sometimes they stop and linger - machines still running and dogs barking - 3 ft away from me, separated only by a pane of glass, to check their phones. Or talk to one another. They can see me at my desk working, talking and typing, but they do not move. And it never actually even looks landscaped! What a racket.

The Italian man in charge of the administration does not respect any of the statutes in the code of ethics of the National Association of Realtors, he is disrespectful, rude and abuses the power he believes he has as a manager. He discriminates against you for looking Latino without knowing what kind of person he is talking to. For that reason my clients are selling their properties in this community, the tenants do not want to live there because the maintenance is precarious, cars and personal belongings are stolen inside them, nobody does anything to solve the problem. Things that did not happen 6 years ago when there was another administration.

Your management team is horrible. I was servicing a customer’s vehicle this morning at the complex for a windshield replacement, and I was stopped by 4 times by 3 different staff members trying to force me to move the customer’s car, and I refused to because of my company’s policy we are not allowed to move the vehicle during service. The third guy that rolled up on me took a picture of me while doing my job and said either I move the car asap, or he will call the cops on me for trespassing. And I don’t take threats well. I advised my company what happened, you guys are going to regret the decision for harassing me during my job!
