The office staff and Dr. DiGennaro (my doctor) are amazing and polite. They are finally the first group of people that listen to my needs and seem like they genuinely care about my well-being. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Dr. Pinta is the first Dr. That actually listened to my concerns. He has helped me manage my chronic pain I have lived with for 3.5 years.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone from the office. I have called several times over the past few weeks and have either been left on hold for up to 20 minutes or left messages that were not returned for a couple days.

I can not answer the concern about the non insured there but the doctors are amazing and the staff is the best I have ever come in contact with in a doctor's office If it's the flu that is viral and antibiotics only help bacterial infection (Maybe consider ER if really bad and if pushing fluids is not helping)
