Got my order wrong, and the fries were cold and tasteless. They forgot my drink as well and I waited forever to get a cup.

Back in 2004 I work at this Mcdonalds, it was my first Job. The last 2 experiences justify why I won't go back. A year ago, we walked in at dinner time and stood at the counter waiting to order for 15 minutes. I suppose they'd thought we'd just order at the Kiosk but we had questions about what we wanted. That was a year ago, this happened last Night. We ordered our Food, which 22 dollars for not even 2 meals, we were told to park after we go our drinks were we sat for 8-10 minutes, finally we get out food and drive home, Now we should have checked our food first, we ended up witht he wrong order!!. Half the order was correct and the other half was not. Instead of getting a Big Mac meal we got 2 McChickens and a fry. No only that. My bugers had very dry meat and one of my sandwhiches looked as if it was chopped up and put back together with melted cheese and had a stale bun. You spend 22 dollars on dinner and drive less then twn minute home, you'd figure everything would be fine, but no sense of going back to McDonalds. The gas alone is not worth the trouble. Overall. Quality control is needed. We used ti be timed whe. We worked there, every ticket would be timed and we'd have to uphold the time or quickly lose employment. What happened.

I’ve been coming to this McDonalds for about 2 years now as I live locally. Service in the day is usually quick and the food is always good. However, at night that quickly changes. I saw a review complaining that they had been forgotten when placing a mobile order for pick up. I had placed an order late at night. Maybe around 10pm and after waiting in curbside for 15 minutes I decided to go in and see what was going on. It seemed to be a majority of younger adults, maybe teenagers working. When I asked about it my curbside order they seemed to be confused. After waiting at least another 10 minutes, I got my food. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately this is the best thing open in this area late night. Food is usually prepared well but be wary going at night.
