This used to be a really nice place, but in June of 2020 they changed management, while they are friendly it takes forever to get something done, they are so very slow, & the cleanup crew or person is really inconsistent, of course they’re some neighbors who don’t care as much as I do about the cleanliness of the buildings & the grounds, but the grounds only get cleaned maybe once a week, inconsistent, trash breeds rodents, the buildings are kinda old, so upkeep should be a must, not just the lawns! Still waiting for someone to at least sweep out my hall, guess I’ll do it again, the new office manager Morgan is pretty nice, professional, but she can do so much

One of the worse places I have ever rented from. There was mold in my apartment I reported to them before I gave birth. I came home from the hospital and the mold was still there and I had to keep reporting to them along with other things. The property was not up kept. Definitely slum lords, the rent is cheap at first and then they kept going up but not repairing any of the work orders that was being put it. You get what you pay for

It's a nice place to live, pretty clean, not too much violence, staff OK, Asha, is the best, jus wen things need tending to, it takes a while, a good while to get fixed
