Please read prior to purchasing anything at this store. Do your diligence and research this company carefully as they have a bad reputation. I concur with the many negative reviews as we have experienced an analogous situation with them. The appliances break and the owners tell you that you are on your own because the warranty is only good for 120 +/- days. They are the worst in the area.

These people are dishonest because they sell appliances that are old and damaged. They sold us a refrigerator that went bad, and we lost all our food. They gave us a loaner because they were unable to repair the defective appliance, they had given us. We were promised a replacement that never arrived. When we finally got their attention, they came to get the loaner and damaged our new floors. I went to the store to try to speak to the owner and he refused to speak to me or my wife. He blocked us until we got my sister-in-law involved to try to reach him. Two brothers own the business, and one is worse than the other. Nobody takes accountability for the wrongdoing, and they defraud people with the damage appliances they are selling. Please beware and DO NOT make purchase from A and M Services, LLC. Locations differ, but quality and customer service are extremely poor in ALL locations.

Don't do business here! They sell broken used appliances and refuse to fix them afterwards. They don't even keep proper records of their sales. I just called and spoke to the manager Carlos about a dishwasher which failed within a few months and he became aggressive with me on the phone and then hung up on me. They are not honest, take your business elsewhere!

These people sell appliances that do not work. Our worst mistake was to purchase an appliances from this store. Neither owner takes responsibility for anything. Additionally, their employees caused damages to my floors and neither owner took accountability. They claimed that their employees caused the damages, therefore, it is not their responsibility. Please do not waste your time and money with these people.
