Visit started well, Intake was smooth, Being seen was quick and easy. The problem was with follow-up, 2 Rx sent to CVS in same parking lot as MedOne. CVS fax'd a question on the Rx, Med one claims never got it, My wife phoned and got an answering machine. I went to office and receptionist claims wife never called because she was there the whole time, staff over heard the conversation and claimed that the Rx could not be sent if not correct.(and very belligerent about being correct) Went back to CVS where they claimed once again the Rx was incorrect, I then watched while the pharmacist tried to call MedOne 3 times before someone answered the phone. Then I could hear the pharmacist having a hard time with whom he was talking to. The issue turned out to be with the amount of pills to be given. Seems who ever issued the Rx couldn't do math. A lot of this problem could have solved if someone could have answered a call or a message left. Even better, how about a document that states, who saw the patient, what was the diagnoses, what the treatment plan, and most importantly a number to call should any questions come up. Hopefully a number that someone will answer,

Yesterday, August 30th, I went to MedOne at 8:30am. My problem and need was a bit unusual. The medical assistant, Lisa, went to extremes to assist me in not only getting care at MedOne, but also in obtaining care at other, different, medical providers. Lisa did much more than would be expected and achieved the needed results. PA Vanessa was understanding, completed an appropriate exam, and was genuinely concerned regarding my medical need. Both Lisa and PA Vanessa exceeded my expectations. Feel confident in choosing MedOne for your medical needs.

Although I tested at home for Covid, I was turned away from this facility due to the symptoms only being 24 hours old. I returned the next day and without being touched , I was prescribed meds. For two days I hounded Walgreens for the meds, they never received the prescription. I called Med One repeatedly and was only able to leave a message. My calls were never returned. That is poor service to say the least.

15 minutes for the rapid test, 2-3 days for the other.
MedOne provides antigen rapid testing if appropriate. Results in 15 minutes. Long waits, but you can get it done. Professional operation.
