First they talk you into two pairs now I know why. Husbands first pair already broke. The first pairs we had made were so aweful. We both agreed that it was like looking through a fishbowl. They worked with us, hence the two stars, and we had a second pair come. Better seeing through but still not great. We both have trouble with them. Just not as good as the first time I went there. We both have to move around just to see right through them. Hard to explain that one. So I definitely will not be back to this place.

They told me they would replace my defective frame and nobody took care of it. It took two weeks.

It’s essential to remember to bring your current eyeglasses or contact lenses prescription to your visit. If you also wear reading glasses, computer glasses, protective eyewear, or other visual aids, you may want to bring these as well. Because getting your pupils dilated can leave you sensitive to light for several hours following your appointment, it’s wise to bring sunglasses to the appointment.
If you are interested in wearing contact lenses or you are due to have your current pair of contacts checked, a specialized evaluation to measure and assess your eyes is required. Different measurements are needed for contact lenses because, unlike an eyeglass lens, which gets positioned approximately 12mm away from your eye, a contact lens sits directly on the surface of your eye. Depending upon your vision requirements and lifestyle, we’ll guide you in choosing the most suitable and effective contact lenses to address all your needs.
Call and ask they will tell you. I dont work there just a customer
Yes they are but you have to wear a mask inside and don't bring a bunch of people with you. If its a child 1 parent is enough.
Yes or 35$more for it
Yes,
Yes you should contact your insurance, it's not up to the doctor to decide what your insurance covers
