Eyeglass World came to my rescue after I had lost my glasses in a fire the day before. Shelly was able to squeeze me in for a contact lens exam so that I could immediately have a solution. Evangelina helped me with glass frames and determined the most cost effective way with my vision insurance. The staff and doctor were very kind. I highly recommend this store.

True
No. Just bring the Rx in!
Yes they do, usually within 2 days, but all depends how many extras you want to the lenses, could take up to 10 days.
I am going back for 6th visit to fix glasses that have been fixed twice and lense came out again
They say things happen for a reason. I ended up going to Lenscrafters and all I can say is what a godsend. Found out I have a serious condition with my left eye and will be having surgery on Tuesday. Robeosis Iridid, my eye is dieing from the inside out at 98% blockage, they have to do cataract surgery to make room for a tube in my retina. Just hoping I get some vision back.
They can definitely fix scratches, not sure about if they take returns.
Make an appt but most glasses are a week out
They do
Not sure. You'll have to call them.
No appt needed. But they do get busy and could be waiting a while for someone to help you.
Call or go online
It depends, but frequently, yes. But, if frames are too old or fragile, then it is not risked as the frame which holds the lenses will crack or break and will be unusable. The licensed optician there will make that decision with you.
I asked this question while there. Say you have two frames...one is $79 and one is $159..you will pay the highest price for BOTH. If both are $79..you will pay $79 each. Then it should show a discount for one pair. But only IF both frames are the same cost. Watch the billing..they slip things in and out to make it look as though the deal is there when its not.
Yes
