I went today to inquire whether they take my insurance. Unfortunately, they don't, but Pam ant the front desk was so extremely helpful! She called my insurance to try to find a provider that does take my insurance. I didn't have any interaction with the other staff, but Pam was awesome!

The Doctor was friendly and helpful, but his staff had poor customer service with helping the patients and not so friendly.

Dr. Anderson and the Optical Express team were extremely helpful and accommodating! They helped me with my contacts in a pinch and I could not recommend them highly enough!

The WORST place possible to go. I never even leave reviews on places but this place is just sad. After being told i have to wait 2 days for my glasses i now have to wait 2 weeks at 39 weeks pregnant and could have my baby any minute now i will have to worry about going to grab my glasses on top of that. The place is a joke, i dont even know how they are still open. The dr kept telling me i was wrong about MY eyes and how my vision was lol and did not tell me anything at all. I have no idea whats wrong with my vision. And the ladies that work there are all very rude and also do not inform you or anything at all. Do not go here unless you want to cuss someone out.
