Dealt with Bath Fitter before at 2 different houses. No problem. Yesterday, September 3, 2022 had a home consultation for my new home. The 3 financing companies you use are a joke. 2 of them denied it when, the 3rd one won't give a determination of approval or disapproval. Very difficult to deal with. Got the credit run 3 times by each of the companies you use which in the past when one company uses several companies is only 1 hit. Not the way you do it. This cause my credit score to drop a lot because of the 3 different hard hits. . What a waste since the last company you use that won't give a determination, ran the credit for nothing at the end affecting me. This company is Genesis Credit. Beware to anyone that deals with a business that uses them for their financing. The other 2 companies that Bath Fitter use are HIFP Capital, and Mariner. I could have bought it for cash but wanted to do financing to help boost my credit. What a big mistake! Done this recently with other companies that have recently deal with in the process of doing home improvements and had no problem. I will be getting other quotes from other companies instead then to do business with and pay cash. This is for 2 of the bathrooms in my house. I dealt with your Ocala franchise location. Only thing that the sales man was able to do keep valid for longer a 10% discount that he originally offered. This has been my experience and opinion dealing with Bath Fitter.

Expensive service high-end bathroom. Not just for the average home. All high end appliances high-end tub high-end price. I was told by the salesman the owner wants to be the next Amazon for bathroom's. Charge high get rich. My bath was quoted $13k

Bad fitter came to my house the last week of June 2021 they kept putting me off and putting me off. I finally said they could put it in October 16, 2021. I am 70 years old and I believe they took advantage of my age. They overcharge me. I have had the bathroom With all brand new walls all marvel not plastic as they put in for half the money. They will not refund my money for the deposit. They’re over priced and shady. PS. Total cost for their project but then 14,000+. Ridiculous

My shower was small and old. Bath Fitter solved the problems and in record time. The Installer Alex was an excellent craftsman with a grand vehicle sporting all the materials and tools needed. You won't believe how nice the shower feels and wonder why you waited so long?
