My trailer is great aside from the cluster mess of wires and lack of a junction box. This was a disappointment. Everything else about the trailer and service has been great.

We have been wanting to get a custom all aluminum trailer made for us, and found this company close by us. Wanting to support local companies especially after COVID 19, we drove up to meet the owner and discussed our plans with him, showing him our initial plan we had put together and what we where trying to do. The owner seemed knowledgeable and made some suggestions for us. However after leaving there and feeling hopeful, the owner said he would get back to us within a couple of days with a price. So far its been two weeks and the owner doesn't even answer the phone when you call.. We really wanted to highly recommend this place for your trailer build but sadly due to his business practices we just can't. If your looking to get a custom trailer designed and built, I would look else where, as your'll just be wasting your time.

Please share!!!! BUYER BEWARE! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! The absolute worst customer service ever. Tom, the owner of this business will not return a text or a phone call for months at a time about warranty work. When my husband ordered this trailer Tom would answer his phone every single time. Once the trailer was completed and in our possession, Tom refused to answer his phone or return messages. After months of trying to get a hold of him I decide to call him on my phone and little to our surprise he answered. He proceeded to tell me while laughing in the phone at me, that my husband was sending him nasty texts. Totally incorrect and I have every single text that my husband has sent to Tom. Not one time in any of those texts was my husband rude or disrespectful to Tom. As he was laughing at me and telling me this and trying to make up excuses why he hasn't returned my husband's phone calls I proceeded to tell him that I was going to turn him into the better business bureau and that I was going to advertise on social media his poor business skills. His response to that was "do what you have to". On our phone conversation I had to repeatedly remind him that I was the customer and that he should not be speaking to me the way he was. After finally agreeing on a date for him to rectify the warranty issues we have. He hung up on me. this is not a company that we will be doing any future business with and we would advise anybody that wants to do business with this company to be careful, be very aware. The way this man has decided to run his company and treat his customers is disgusting!
