I've been doing phone interviews with them for the last couple of months due to CoVID.Today I got a call that I was a No Call No Show for my appointmet. Unbeknownst to me, there was never any communication that they had reverted back to in house appointment. So they charge $65 to reschedule the appointment, then will have to pay an addition $65 dollars for the next appointment(the one rescheduled.) I asked if there was anyone in management I could speak with, of course the answer was you have to write them, and they're get back to you. A blatant policy to keep from getting involved. However, none the less it comes down to money, all the 'honesty' and 'integrity' they talk about during your sessions don't mean a thing when it's the companies short coming on not properly notifying their clients. Do I expect this to change anything, No, but it's clear hypocrocy and money are the name of the game, Nothing to due with public saftey or trying to rehabilitate those who've had issues in the past. As I've continued this for almost 5 years now I have had a couple of people I met that have been good to talk to, one with a past of their own, another with an honest desire to help, i believe. As well as the ladies at the front, over time I've seen their behavior and attitudes change and adjust depending on the person maybe? Or situation? Who knows but I do know that while the whole thing through the DMV requirements is a racket for the state, some good people do exist to fill that gap. Doesnt save money but it's always better to speak with someone who is likeable and genuine than 'cold and ugly.'

Scam will make you take after care program. They are power hungry losers who enjoy messing with your life because they can. Go anywhere else.
