I hope you like noise 24/7, water constantly being turned off, your apartment stinking thanks to your neighbors, trash and glass everywhere, disabled cars in the parking lot for months and people fighting. Oh and a fee if $2100 to break your lease because management will do absolutely NOTHING, especially answering the phone or responding to emails :P

Great apartment, great AC unit, the team of maintenance fixes things quick and answers fast, the admin office downstairs is also very very friendly and welcoming the only issue I had was a bit of a bug issue, but I’m from up north and they tell me that’s normal down south, they have a pest control team that comes every week, and after two or three sprays and some work myself I don’t see a single bug in sight, I would recommend this place ! Not many bad neighbors, sometimes people drive fast on the drive ways but other than that it’s a great home area, you see kids playing all the time and no loud neighbors.

Just went in to see about an apartment and the assistant manager had the WORST attitude known to mankind. I didn’t even bother taking a card because if this is the first impression I’d rather sleep in my car!!!! Imagine calling a maintenance call in and dealing with that! No way!!! Beware

Maintenance staff responds quickly and professionally. The cost has risen extensively since I have been there but seems appropriate with the growth of the housing department. There's one lady that was super nice in the office but there was another that was rude. She called me 3x in the span of 45 minutes concerning documents that were not presented to me at the time of renewing the lease. She spoke with urgency in needing the documents and would not accept the fact that I was at work. In addition, I don't know if there was someone else on the phone or in the office, but there was a man's voice cursing over the phone. To whom the profanities was aimed at, whether myself or her, is unclear. She presented herself very unprofessional and slightly disrespectful (possible harassment with the amounts of calls and not willing to accept the paperwork by tomorrow morning). She also insisted that I lied about my name, when I identified myself when I returned the call on two different occasions.
