I had exclusive pictures of a fire that broke out last Saturday on 8th and ingra and they couldn't help me forward the videos so they could show it on the news plus they weren't open you couldn't get in the building

I often watch the news, but the captioning is not very good, repetitive, often cut off mid-captioning, doesn't finish. Very, very disappointing as I am Deaf. The captioning needs to improve!🤨
