staff was helpfull even as a shortage of shuttles drivers i was reimbursed lyft with proof of purchase. the order of the steak was another story no sauces too much seasoning tasted very salty had one bite paid my bill and went next door to outback. shocked i was not offered another meal instead but oh well we live and we learn. overall clean place and staff is on the ball with communication

Good location if you need to be near the airport. Rooms are refreshed and a nice indoor saltwater pool. Gym has new equipment and is well stocked. Starbucks and the front desk staff is trained to make drinks if it's past normal hours. Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean!

Conveniently located by the airport and Mall of America. While the hotel is not new it is clean. The BEST part that will bring me back is the service. The front desk staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. AND the shuttle service to the airport the Mall or within the area runs 24 hours and by request. All three drivers we had were amazing - super friendly, helpful and in a very genuine way. This place should do training for others on customer service.

When I got to the Front Desk the lady did not acknowledge me or stop what she was doing. Once she seen my frustration she said she would be with me in a minute. She proceed to answer the phone and helped the person on the phone and made me wait. I didn’t appreciate that at all. My overall stay was ok. The rooms were nice and comfortable.
