Called at 11:45 on a Monday to ask about shredding. First time it just rang and rang. The second time I got a voicemail and it said the mailbox was full and they wouldn't return my call. Wow. Hopefully it's voicemail trouble and not typically like this?

The shipping cost varies for every package. It’s a combination of how big, how large, & how heavy your package is. Ups does not have flat rates.

Yes, they fax. It's $2 a page for long distance, $1.50 if it's a local or toll free number.
Yes. Overnight, 2nd day, & ground shipments. Sometimes there is a 3 day option depending on the destination.
Yes, you can bring anything loose and they can package it for a small fee
