Great and polite office staff and kudos to the maintenance staff, with prompt responses to issues with air conditioning, which ultimately got repaired. Area is very attractive with small lakes and well-kept landscaping. Apartment did it's job for the time we were there, which was just over a year. The only cons: People smoking weed in the stairwells, minor bug issues, trash left by the compactor at times and very high rent rates, especially if you are month to month, which we had to do for a time waiting for our new home to be built nearby. Nice and clean swimming pool and other services available near the leasing office. Plenty of parking, no issues, at least near building 12. When it comes to parking, people will always gripe and complain. They are just too lazy to walk. Trash pickup service from your door too. Overall 4/5

Used to live here and it was terrible. They left an old dirty fridge outside my apartment for a month while it gathered bugs, never cleaned the outside(even more bugs), had packages stolen from the day I moved in, and multiple cars were keyed, Property manager is a wicked lady and does not care. Also no parking after 8 so be prepared to walk access the whole complex.

Looking for an apartment for me and my son I’m a single mother I work very hard and these apartments look nice but are very small for the price they are raising them to I don’t understand why they are so expensive you literally can’t live comfortably with these prices they have no outside balconies they are small. Yes they are nice but for the price it’s not fair at all. I was really hoping to look into getting a place here but the prices are ridiculous I just don’t understand a good person loyal to making rent on time with a son no other help I work hard and I can’t afford to pay rent on top of paying everything else rent prices are outrageous for a 2 bedroom apartment this isn’t Mortgage it’s rent it’s shouldn’t be this high everything is going up except our pay. Please be more understanding and help the community stop raising prices for these apartments.
