Thats too much for a one bdrm one bath at 687 sq ft. I used to live in a 2 bdrm 1 bath townhouse in Michigan that was $850.00. It was like 900 sq ft.
Expect to pay around $1200 for a one bedroom after water/sewage, trash, and other fees are included. $1400 or so for a two bedroom; however, for the spacious feel you’re getting, I’d say it’s worth it. I grew up in this apartment complex and it’s very nice.
That's Michigan though lol completely different, rent varies state by state. $890 is very good for rent anywhere around this area. For the people who thought it was too expensive, typical rent is $1200. You can get a 2 bedroom $1200 a month apartment/duplex unit though so I'd imagine a 1 bed being slightly under. but 1400 for a 2 bed isn't unheard of. It's dependent on location as well. If you're more centrally located to things, or in a more city type of area, you're likely to pay more. A 2 bed one bath town house in a place like NJ would run you 1400 easy. In the deep south you can rent a whole house for like $400. Lol. It's all different.
