Dr Blackenburg has done two dental implants òn me recently complete with bone prep and I must say he works with complete competence and professinalism.. I had no complications or problems. In addition, his office staff, especially Teri, is very keriind and competent not to mention compassionate. I am nd Tot afraid to move forward and have the last two implants done with Dr Blackenburg. He made sure I understood his instructions. And Teri reinforced all of them.

Currently, we do not have anyone who is proficient in Spanish. Patients who do not speak English will need to have a translator.
We are not contracted with any insurance companies. We do provide patients with all forms/information which can be submitted to their insurance company for reimbursement benefits. We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, and we do work closely with two reputable financing companies, Care Credit and Lending Club.
