Went to apply. Paid the normal app fee.85 dollars but was also asked to give an additional 220 processing fee which I was assured if I didn't get the place it would be returned immediately.My credit was a bit on the weak side and I was denied.I asked Taisha when will.my 220 be returned .She said I'm doing it now.Its been 3 days and they still have my money.Called and got a runaround.Called Northport police and made a complaint and they gave me great advice.Went to my bank retrieved the statement from my bank.This week I will be going to small claims court to file lawsuit in Saratota county this week early to file suit in small claims court.I have the proof and I will be suing for more than 220.You asked for it THIEVES !

Upon applying, the leasing lady(who did not share her name) was extremely rude, used code words, and had an attitude. I make well over the amount that was requested and somehow the women upon submitting documents said I did not. Also, when I arrived at the facility to receive some information about Toledo Club, they would just eyeball me and give short answers. The only person in that building that acknowledged me in a professional manner was a Hispanic lady that I forgot her name(I’m sorry). However, It’s ok though because i was Blessed to find a place that was yes $400 more expensive but also had better customer service and the Leasing woman I am dealing with now at my new location is professional, understanding, and know how to speak to people that are looking to give business or becoming a potential renter. I dodged a bullet I guess you must say but it is really sad to have people in your company that hate their job and generate it towards potential renters. If I could rate it no stars, I would.

I moved out paid my rent except the last 7 days. I was told it would be $400.99 plus water I had credit of 227 send me a bill for 282 paid it thought that was fine send a bill for over 500 I told them will not pay 1000k for 7 days I was charged for electric and rental ins which was second time I notice they were charging me. I never looked at my bill before so how I wonder if they took 2 payments for rental insurance. The icing on the cake a day after I got the bill a collection place call me. Worse place no customer care no lights in the parking lot. They charged you for trash pick up I took I my own trash and pest control in 14 months I never seen pest control 25 for each. I am very happy to be out of there

New property owners and management are a JOKE. Save your money and headache and avoid this place at all costs because it is not worth it. My husband and I lived here since 2019 and never had serious issues until the place got bought by new investors recently who seem to not care about their tenants or office staff. My husband and I had a broken shower for over 5 months that was never fixed and had been reported at least 3 times. The entire shower floor was cracked, had giant holes, an uneven foundation and was definitely a safety hazard. They would always say “We have contractors scheduled to come out and look at it” or “We’re waiting on corporate approval to fix it” and NOTHING WAS EVER DONE TO RESOLVE IT. If you currently live here, save your emails, save screenshots of work orders that were never done and leave a paper trail of everything because these people are so unorganized and careless that they can’t even keep office staff for more than a few months. So glad to be out of there and hoping prospective tenants will look at the MULTIPLE recent bad reviews to know the truth about this dump.
